Philip and Nancy married (12 yrs) our home is in Watertown Township, with our their 3 children. Abigail, Philip Jr. and Nancylee Grace.

Public administration; law enforcement administration / Forensic science, Michigan State University.

*President, Great Lakes Emerging Trends & Policy Research Institute. Consulting / policy advisors / strategic planning. National seminar facilitator.
*Federal Beverage Inc. Owner / a unique vending and food distribution company throughout mid Michigan employing physically challenged adults as well as serving orphans and widows in conjunction with the Michigan Sheriffs Association and www.prayamerica.org
*Earned tenure as senior policy advisor for the Michigan Association of Counties in addition to the National Association of Counties in Washington D.C.

Shirley Vail - Vice Chair

I have lived in Victor Township, Clinton County for 50 years. I am married to Claude Vail and we have two grown children and six grandchildren.

I have been involved in grassroots politics for many years. I have worked with school board elections, township and county wide candidates, statewide and presidential campaigns.

I personally have served as a township trustee in Victor Township and continue to serve as a precinct delegate. I also serve on the Clinton County Habitat for Humanity as chair of the Family Selection Committee.

I enjoy working with the members of the Clinton County Republican Party and the many volunteers that assist in promoting our candidates.

I encourage Clinton County residents to come to the monthly meeting or an event and get involved. You can make a difference.
