Survey: Small Businesses Don't Want Anything To Do With the Government

Printer-friendly versionSend to friend

In a survey conducted online by the US Chamber of Commerce from December 30, 2011 through January 6, 2012, small business executives cited "economic uncertainty" as one of the primary reasons they are not hiring.  And an overwhelming majority said they would rather have the government get out of the way than try to help.  Small business plays a major role in employment in the country, so wouldn't it make sense for the government to listen to what they have to say?  See what else is having an impact on small business at:  dailycaller.com/2012/01/18/survey-small-businesses-dont-want-anything-to-do-with-the-government/

before, Obama is no clinton.

before, Obama is no clinton. What stucrk me during the speech, is how he said he was going to take away corporate loopholes and lower their taxes, but he completely ignored the most important reccomendation the Commission he established to balance the budget made . to take away the tax exemption for second + houses worth over $500,000. He also said absolutely nothing about addressing predatory loans. You would think 20% of the houses in the country being in foreclosure would be important to him.
