Township Government:
At the Township level there are currently no Republican elected officials.

The next election for all township elected positions is in 2012.

Clinton County Commissioners:
Bath Township has one Republican (Adam Stacey) elected county commissioner and one Democrat
                 DISTRICT NO. 7 -- Victor Township and that part of Bath Township comprised of Sections 1-18, that part of Section 19 lying North of Drumheller Road; that part of Section 20 lying North of Drumheller Road, that part of Section 21 lying North of Drumheller Road, that part of Section 22 lying either North of Drumheller Road or East of Center Road; Section 23-26; that part of Section 27 lying East of Center Road; that part of Section 32 lying East of Park Lake Road; that part of Section 33 lying East of Park Lake Road and Sections 34-36 (Precincts 1,3 and 4) (Population 8,890)
